Biography

Ning Ma is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of HKUST, working on trustworthy machine learning for medical AI with Prof. Hao Chen. He got his Ph.D. degree in Sep. 2023 in the College of Computer Science and Technology at Zhejiang University, advised by Prof. Jiajun Bu and Prof. Haishuai Wang. His research interests are transfer learning, and graph representation learning, with their healthcare applications, e.g., video analyses for infant healthcare, ultrasonic cardiograms, and surgical intervention scenarios. He is also a junior reviewer for top-tier conferences from 2020, such as ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ICCV and ECCV.
